There’s a very special update I’ve been so excited to share with you all... we welcomed our baby boy, Dominic, this June! 💙
If you remember from my maternity photoshoot feature with Bella Cosa Babies, I promised I would keep you updated, and I couldn’t think of a better way to do that than by capturing these first sweet moments as a family of four.
This time, we headed to their studio in Freehold for the first time, and it was such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The space was perfectly set up and so welcoming, with water and snacks available while we got settled and as they prepared everything for the session.
Deana once again worked her magic behind the camera, alongside her assistant who handled all the behind-the-scenes details. From setting up each shot to making sure our baby was comfortable and ready to go, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully planned.
The studio itself is perfectly designed with dedicated spaces for every part of the session, a cozy area perfect for those dreamy newborn shots, along with a separate space filled with backdrops and props to bring any vision to life.

Deana and her team are true pros when it comes to newborn sessions. Between the soothing noise machines and their calm, patient approach, they somehow manage to capture those perfect sleepy newborn shots every parent dreams of. And for anyone wondering how sibling photos go with a toddler… yes, bubbles were absolutely key! They had them ready to go, which made the entire experience so much smoother (and way more fun) for my daughter.
The final images came out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so excited to share them with you. We incorporated some really fun and personal touches, including adorable shots of our baby boy in sports-themed outfits featuring the New York Mets and New York Knicks, and with the Knicks winning the championship last month, I’d say Dominic’s officially their newest #1 fan!
We also captured some incredibly sweet “beach” themed photos, something Bella Cosa does so effortlessly with their wide variety of backdrops and props. One of the things I love most about their studio is how customizable each session is. They truly can bring almost any vision to life for any family.
This session was such a meaningful way to document this new chapter for our family, and I’m so grateful to Bella Cosa Babies for creating such a warm, seamless, and memorable experience. ✨
